1. Services Provided

ONYRA Collective offers bespoke event planning, coordination, and design services tailored to your selected package. A full outline of what is included will be detailed in your proposal and contract.

2. Booking & Payments

To confirm your booking, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance will be due according to the schedule outlined in your contract.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms will be specified in your contract and may vary depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs. In the rare event ONYRA Collective must cancel, all monies paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

4. Changes to Scope

If your event increases significantly in guest count, scale, or complexity after booking, your package and fees may be subject to adjustment. Any additions or changes will be confirmed in writing.

5. Vendor Relationships

ONYRA Collective works independently and is not legally responsible for the performance or services of third-party suppliers. However, all recommendations are made in good faith, and we liaise closely with vendors on your behalf for a smooth event experience.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely responses, accurate information, and full access to any necessary event details. ONYRA Collective is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.

7. Force Majeure

ONYRA Collective shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, moodboards, documents, and creative content remain the intellectual property of ONYRA Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with ONYRA Collective is treated with respect and confidentiality and will not be shared without consent.

10. Use of Imagery

ONYRA Collective reserves the right to use photographs of your event (taken by us or your official photographer) for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
